What challenges can you expect?
Summary:
The warehouse employee completes material requirements by processing and loading internal and external work orders, as well as routing it to its required destination.
Verify Material count and specification Prepare and package material for internal/ external routing Route products to departments Attach identifying information and delivery instructions on containers Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area Complete deliveries by driving forklift to and from final destination Report and inspect warehouse forklift equipment Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests Maintains quality service by following organization standards Maintains safe environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations using 6S standards.
Completes reports by entering required information Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Other task as assigned by Supervisor Material receipt/ packaging/ verification/ routing/ handling/ transport Complete deliveries by driving forklift to and from final destination Maintain inventory control Technical knowledge Data entry, documentation and computer skills Daily equipment checks.
What do we expect from you? High School Diploma or equivalent (G.
E.
D.
) 2 years previous warehouse experience or order picking; preferably in a manufacturing environment Forklift an crane certification Strong teamwork mindset and ability to work well with others Must be able to work 2nd shift, 1:
