Gray Metal South has an immediate opening for a Night Shift Manager in Dunn, NC! Gray Metal is a HVAC Metal Air Ducts Manufacturing Plant that is over 100 years old.
Ideal candidate must have similar experience managing in a manufacturing factory.
Responsibilities will include:
Making sure that all employees have their work assignments prior to the shift starting.
Making sure all materials are at their work stations so they can go to work immediately upon arrival.
Making sure that employees are following the Schedule, not walking around wasting time.
Making sure that they are producing quality products, on pace, with expectations given, doing it safely.
Monitoring attendance by making sure the employees are not stretching their breaks, are puntual and that they clean up their rea at the end of the day.
We need a manager that takes initiative and does not need be told everything they need to do.
Regardless of where your managing it is just about the same in manufacturing regardless of what you're producing.
Pay will be based on experience.
Pay Range will be 75-90,000 plus benefits.
Benefits will include:
