1K a year Bongards Premium Cheese is looking for a dedicated, dynamic and experienced individual to perform as Machine Operators on our processed cheese lines.
Job duties:
Operation of the loaf cheese filler.
Insure weights of the boxes are correct and properly recorded.
Monitor the quality of the boxes and pouches and communicate to the operators.
Assure that pouches are properly sealed.
Keep immediate work area neat and in order.
Work in a safe and efficient manner.
Must report all food safety and quality concerns to immediate supervisor or their designated replacement.
All other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead.
Other requirements:
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Must demonstrate a commitment to both employee and food safety.
Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions.
Physical capabilities:
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Must be able to lift 5 lbs.
