Responsibilities:
Uses good judgement to better working environment.
Schedules and provides technical support for technicians to meet service demands and customer expectations Conducts one on one meetings throughout the month with technicians for training, general communication and feedback, and safety/informational meetings Communicates with dispatch to ensure that all technicians are being scheduled properly via skill level Maintains communication with vendors and factory personnel Installation, maintenance, repair of refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems knowledge.
Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment Oversees that all technicians are following company policies Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.
Job Requirements:
Experienced Residential HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Excellent customer service and sales skills Professional appearance and Positive personality Strong leadership skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
