Responsibilities:
Greets visitors and family members and directs to appropriate location.
Answers the telephone and directs caller to the appropriate individual.
Gives directions/information to visitors; guests; family member, etc.
Ensures that guests/visitors sign in.
Takes reservations and monies for employees and visitor meals.
Reviews employment applications for completeness.
Receive, sort and distributes mail.
Prepares Admission and New Hire Packages Check Employment References Assists with other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must have strong computer skills.
Previous Receptionist preferred.
Must be detailed oriented.

- Personal assistant:
Ability to assist with various administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Phone etiquette:
Excellent phone manners, including clear communication, active listening, and professional demeanor.
- Medical receptionist:
Familiarity with medical terminology, patient scheduling, insurance verification, and HIPAA regulations.
- Typing skills:
Proficiency in typing accurately and efficiently.
- Dental office:
Experience working in a dental office setting, including knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
- Medical office:
Experience working in a medical office setting, including knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Event planning:
Ability to assist with planning and coordinating events or meetings.
