Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of products and customer satisfaction.
Competent in working with UPS, Fed Ex, and various LTL carriers on shipping procedures to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of product.
Responsible for the consistent stream of product moving in and out at different rates with different origins, destinations, and time periods.
Must be experienced in supervising, training, and motivating employees.
Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts daily.
Provides accurate counts/information to plant manager to drive production scheduling.
Prepares loads to be shipped out and assists in loading/unloading to ensure 100% accuracy and on time delivery.
Contributes to team environment, leading and assisting employees, driving success, and encouraging overall teamwork.
Good computer skills, quick learner, ready to work.
